Description: The Lewis Family Homestead shows you don't need a lot of acreage to have your own piece of heaven on earth. Currently, we have a 13 colony apiary and sell their honey products in our own roadside stand. Our ½ dozen chickens provides us with eggs for our needs and to share. We've started a small orchard to provide fruit in the future. We utilized both in-ground and raised-bed gardens that provide us with our own veggies and herbs.
