Owners: O'Mara Family

About: In 1976 Paul and Cynthia O’Mara began O’Mara Farms.  Their vision was to produce high-quality food to feed as many people as possible.  Their first venture was snap beans, and squash for Birds Eye.  

 Paul and Cindy raised their four children and currently have thirteen grandchildren. As their family grew so did their farm business.  The family-run business farms 3,000 acres producing corn, green beans, barley, wheat, and rye, as well as hay throughout Madison and Onondaga County. 

In 2005, they added Black Angus cattle. The farm’s herd continues to expand making it possible to directly market beef to our local communities. Together with their sons, Scott and Ryan, and several dedicated employees, the O’Mara family works tirelessly to produce high-quality beef products from their pasture to your plate.
